Noom Studio is a small, but rapidly growing creative studio on a mission to shape the new order of media - helping lifestyle, wellness, ecommerce, and hospitality brands build standout digital presences through social strategy, content, and storytelling that actually connects.
We're looking for someone to manage the day-to-day finances of Noom Studio, working alongside our external bookkeeper. Your core mission is to keep our internal finances healthy, optimized, and well organized, giving the founders a clear overview and sound recommendations at all times. This role is about keeping our income, expenses, and invoicing running smoothly and under control, not tax filing itself.

Your core mission is to keep our internal finances healthy, optimized, and well organized, giving the founders a clear overview and sound recommendations at all times. This role is about keeping our income, expenses, and invoicing running smoothly and under control, not tax filing itself.
-
Send out client invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Keep an up-to-date overview of income and expenses, including reconciling accounts so the numbers always add up
Support basic financial planning: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and spotting trends before they become problems
Flag ways to optimize our spending and tax efficiency, in coordination with our bookkeeper
Liaise with our external bookkeeper to keep everything aligned ahead of tax declarations
Build and maintain a clear, unified system for our internal finances, a single source of truth where everything is documented, tidy, and up to date
Give the founders a regular, clear snapshot of where we stand financially, backed by data.
-
You have solid, proven experience in financial administration for businesses, or bookkeeping-adjacent work (this role doesn't include filing tax declarations; that stays with our bookkeeper)
You've got real financial literacy: comfortable with core finance and accounting concepts, and confident applying them to a small business/startup context like ours, not just following a template
This isn't an entry-level role: you'll be trusted with managing Noom's money directly, so we're looking for someone who can point to a track record of doing this well for other businesses before
You're comfortable with invoicing tools, and Google Sheets (or Excel) are your playground: you know how to build a clean, well-structured spreadsheet, create templates, and put together clear graphs and overviews
You're meticulous and trustworthy with sensitive financial information. Precision matters here: this role carries real responsibility, and we need someone who double-checks their work and doesn't let details slip
You're a great communicator: someone who can break down financial concepts into plain language, doesn't mind explaining things more than once, and makes sure everyone's on the same page
You can work independently in a flexible, freelance capacity
-
Work directly with the founders and support the studio's next growth stage by having real influence over how its finances run day-to-day.
Flexible hours that fit around other freelance or client work.
-
