HOW IT STARTED
TEN WOMEN is more than a networking community. It’s a space where ambitious women connect, learn, and grow together. But while their in-person events thrived, their social media wasn’t telling the full story. Content was being posted, but without a clear strategy to guide it. Engagement was inconsistent, growth was slow, and there was no streamlined way to measure the impact of collaborations with partner brands.

HOW IT’S GOING
Over the course of a year, we built a social media strategy that worked as hard as the TEN WOMEN team did offline.
Established content pillars aligned with the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
Introduced data-driven decision-making by tracking performance and identifying “winning” formats.
Shifted content mix towards high-sharing Reels, personal brand carousels, and co-created collaborations with aligned brands to expand reach.
Developed visual guidelines for consistent branding and storytelling.
Implemented partnership reporting to show clear ROI to event sponsors and collaborators.
