Social Media + Content Creation Intern

• Remote-friendly, ideally Amsterdam-based for occasional shoots

A mix of creative, strategic, and operational tasks across our clients + the Noom brand itself:

Content Creation + Production

• Assist on shoots (prep, styling, filming, BTS capture)

• Create short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) with your own creative spin

• Capture UGC-style content for clients

• Support with photography/video on shoot days

Creative Concepting

• Pitch story ideas, content hooks, and new concepts weekly

• Help develop carousels, stories, and social assets

• Build moodboards & light creative research

Strategy + Social Execution

• Support with monthly content planning

• Schedule posts across Instagram & TikTok

• Engage with online communities (comments, DMs)

• Help with influencer research, outreach & communication

Trend + Market Research

• Track cultural moments, platform shifts, format trends

• Bring weekly insights that help our clients stay relevant

Studio Operations

• Assist in day-to-day tasks of running a creative marketing studio

• Help organise files, shoot assets, and project materials

Support on internal projects (NOOMAG, NOOM FRNDS., creative events & gatherings)

• You’re fluent in English (written + spoken). Spanish, Dutch, German = plus.

• You are doing an HBO degree or studies in university. 

• You get social media. What works, what doesn’t, and why.

• You love creating: filming, editing, curating, storytelling.

• You’re comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, and IG editing tools.

• You’re curious, proactive, and bring ideas to the table.

• You’re organised and can juggle multiple mini-projects at once.

• You have an eye for aesthetics and love moodboards/Pinterest boards.

• You’re passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality culture.

• You’re comfortable working from home, cafés, (you make anywhere your office), and you have your own device. 

• You’re available 25-32 hours/week or more.

• You want to grow your skills in a real creative environment instead of reading about it in theory.

Bonus points: Experience with DaVinci resolve or Adobe tools such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop.
